Ray ban has recently launched its First Thursday activation called Ray-Ban Thursday’s. This iconic eyewear brand has fused culture, music, fashion and art to create a bespoke experience. If you missed the Cape Town event last month you will have to make your way to Great Dane in Braamfontein to enjoy this exciting experience. Doors open at 4pm.

Lello’s Italian deli hosts a Pizza Napoletana & Vino pairing in collaboration with Pizza shed and Italino ovens. The delicious pizza on offer is ‘The’ Margherita- Imported Italian Fresh Black Truffle and Mortadella Pistachio, with DJ Tommy Gun SA on the decks spinning Italian disco. Doors open at 6pm

Local brand Please sex has partnered with Piernaar & Son distillery to create a unique and refreshing PLEASE Aphrodisiac Aperitif. They have joined with Duck Duck Goose store to launch their aperitif for a sex positive time this First Thursday. They’ll be hosting a decadent DJ line up, serving aphrodisiac cocktails and selling clothes, records, accessories, the aperitif, and sex toys of course. Doors open at 5pm

Everard Read Gallery in Rosebank will be hosting an exhibition by Githan Coopoo 'Desi Casual Glamour' and Ferdi B Dick ‘Lion’s Breath’. The gallery is the oldest commercial gallery in Africa and is guaranteed to offer you an exciting cultural experience. They are renowned for connecting with some of the finest artists. Doors open at 5pm
