On the 9th of November, beauty and wellness enthusiasts gathered at the Garden Venue in North Riding, Johannesburg, for the annual GLAMOUR Wellness Day, a vibrant celebration of holistic well-being, movement, mindfulness, and community. The event brought together fitness activities, guided meditation, insightful panel discussions and interactive brand experiences designed to inspire guests to prioritise their health in ways that feel balanced and sustainable.
At the NIVEA Q10 Body stand, guests enjoyed a hands-on introduction to the full Q10 Body range, including the Q10 Firming Body Lotion, Energising Serum, Body Cream and the convenient Pump Body Lotion. Guests were able to test textures, learn about Collagen Boost Complex and discover how the products help deliver firmer skin in just seven days.Enriched with Vitamin C, the range supports skin vitality and glow. The interactive setup also offered space for one-on-one product education and personalised body care guidance.

The day’s programme included restorative breathwork and yoga, high-intensity fitness sessions, wellness challenges hosted by MAXFIT, a rebound class by Dynamic Health, and inspiring conversations led by GLAMOUR’s Editor-in-Chief, Nontando Mposo.
A key moment was the Fitness Meets Beauty Masterclass, where NIVEA joined other wellness voices to explore the relationship between movement, mindfulness, and caring for the skin we live in. The conversation reinforced that wellness is something felt physically, mentally and emotionally and that daily habits play an important role in how we look and feel.
From high-intensity workouts to reflective breathing sessions, the event highlighted how wellness is not one-dimensional, but something felt in mind, body and heart.
