Queen of AfroBeats Tiwa Savage is one lady we Stan for. From her amazing career, her amazing body, great style sense, being an amazing mother and business woman, Tiwa is our girl. Her new single 'Dangerous Love', which was released this Wednesday is already most played on our playlist her at GLAMOUR HQ. That's why when we got a chance to chat to this powerhouse of a woman, we were super stoked.

Tiwa had a GLAMOUR Live chat with our Online Editor Molife Kumona and they spoke about everything from music, love motherhood, patriarchy and more.

Tiwa spoke about her new single Dangerous Love, and why it's a song many, mostly women will relate to.

"The song is such a vibe!" Tiwa explains. "It’s a song that is basically about a girl who is dipping in and out of a relationship with a guy that really doesn’t deserve her time or attention. She knows that he is bad for her but she gambling with her heart anyway. I feel like every girl and maybe guys too can relate to this one.”

Tiwa, whose music career spans a decade says her forthcoming  album  will be a different sound from her previous ones.

"For this album I told my whole team that I needed everyone in the same environment, when we were working. So we booked out the whole floor of a hotel. We were working day and night. I worked with creators, writers and producers i have worked with before and some new ones, " she says.

"It was incredible," she adds.

The new album doesn't have a release date yet, however Savage says that she will be dropping at least 3 singles in the lead up to the album.

"I will be releasing the singles like 5 weeks apart while I prepare for the album drop," says Savage.

Dangerous Love is already climbing the chats less than 3 days since its release.
