Heidi Klum will launch new swimwear range this summer.
The 42-year-old model – who landed her first modelling contract after winning the ‘Model 92’ contest in 1992 – has begun designing a new beachwear collection suitable for every woman to wear, which will be released later this year.
Speaking on UK TV show ‘Lorraine’ today (17.03.16), the blonde beauty – who launched ‘Heidi Klein’ clothing line in 2004 – said: “I just took over a company that has been in the lingerie business for 25 years and I got to revamp it. I have been working on it for a year doing this now, it’s called Heidi Klum Intimates.
“I’ve just started designing swimwear too, which I am launching in the summer and it’s super-exciting. I love to design. It’s a lot of fun.”
The ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge – who was the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel – revealed her forthcoming swimwear collection is intended to suit women of all shapes and sizes.
She said: “Every woman is great in every shape and I try to really accommodate every woman in each group and any shape. For me, it’s all about fit, I think fit is the most important thing and then it is about a great print. Really fit is the most important thing.”
