Kanye West’s daughter was the star attraction at his New York fashion show.
The ‘Stronger’ hitmaker debuted the second season of his Kanye West x Adidas Originals Collection at the Skylight Modern yesterday (16.09.15) but all eyes were on his two-year-old daughter North on the front row.
The little girl – who was sat on her mother Kim Kardashian West’s lap – spent the whole show calling, “Mommy, mommy, mommy,” according to Women’s Wear Daily.
However, North did not distract the celebrity guests – which included the likes of Drake, Jaden Smith and the rest of the Kardashian and Jenner family – from enjoying the show.
Speaking before the start of the show of the crowds that had gathered outside, Common said: “I wouldn’t really call it a spectacle. Obviously he brings something more than just being a fashion designer. He’s one of the biggest stars in the universe and one of the most talented musicians.”
Whilst Debbie Harry added: “Honestly, most fashion shows I go to are like this … He’s a pretty interesting person and multi-talented obviously.”
When asked if she wears his collection, the Blondie singer replied: “I don’t think I have so far.”
The sentiment was echoed by other guests including R.E.M frontman Michael Stipe, who admitted: “It’s not in the stores I shop,” before Courtney Love jumped in to add: “You can’t buy it!”
