Kim Kardashian West says it’s a “struggle” wearing flat shoes.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has admitted she finds it difficult to wear pumps or sandals during her pregnancy as she “hates” the way she looks in them.
She told Elle: “I happen to hate the way I look in flats. It’s really hard for me so I’m already thinking, like, ‘What the f**k am I going to do?’
“And when I was pregnant, it was the hardest thing. But I know it’s better and easier, you know, so it’s a struggle.”
Meanwhile, the 34-year-old television personality – who is expecting her second child – recently revealed she is choosing comfort over style during this pregnancy, dressing more “simply” than when she was pregnant with 23-month-old daughter North.

She said: “I am [excited] but I think I’m going to be more simple. I don’t care if I wear the same thing as long as it fits, and its comfortable.
“This outfit is actually really comfortable but I know I don’t have much longer to wear this. It was hanging in my closet and I was like, ‘Do I wear this now because it still fits me and I can’t wear it much longer?'”
