Vuzu TV presenter and media personality Lalla Hirayama has been giving us major body goals with her intense workout regime she’s been sharing on her Instagram feed.
The recently single presenter has been pushing her physical fitness in the gym. Her dedication to what looks like an extremely challenging exercise regime is definitely paying off. Like hello… she can squat while upside down in a handstand position. Now that’s some serious core strength right there!
Lalla says “nothing tastes as good as strong and sexy feels” – couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
