Our favourite Nubian princess, Nomzamo Mbatha looked gorgeous at the African Fashion International (AFI) Women’s Month event this past weekend.
In honour of all the inspiring African women in fashion, AFI hosted a Women’s Day event in the luxurious L’lcontro Ballroom at The Michelangelo Hotel on Friday, with Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe as the keynote speaker.
Attendees of the fashionable soiree included designers Laduma, Nhlanhla Nciza and Anisa Mpungwe, fresh-faced models Anri Pretorius, Tholakele Dlamini and Zime Msomi, and VIP guests Allana Finley, Edith Venter and Nomzamo Mbatha.
The PUMA SELECT ambassador wore a lovely floral print dress with a statement-making red headwrap and a colourful clutch. The humble star took some time to snap pics with a few of the ladies that were helping out at the event – so sweet!
