International Actress and Leading Lady Productions owner Terry Pheto is jumping for joy in Toronto, Canada as her film Ayanda and the mechanic, produced by her company has been selected by international filmmaker to be distributed in the United States. She’s got lots to celebrate as her new Cuckold movie made its debut at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival!
The Tsotsi actress was in Los Angeles earlier this year at the LA film festival where she debuted the Ayanda movie and it received numerous accolades, so much so that it was selected for distribution in the U.S.
She is currently at the 2015 Toronto Film Festival and sharing gorgeous snaps of her journey. In one of the pictures, Terry posed it up with the first African-American female to direct a film nominated for Best Motion Picture at The Academy Awards and is also the U.S distributor for ‘Ayanda’; Ava Duvernay.

Ava is the genius behind the critically acclaimed international motion picture, Selma. Terry excitingly captioned the cute picture, “The beautiful and incredibly talented filmmaker @directher has picked up #AyandaMovie for US distribution! From Africa to the world “.
