The controversial lingerie brand, Victoria's Secret displayed their continued commitment to inclusivity with their 2025 show. For the first time in their history model Jasmine Tookes opened the show with a very prominent pregnant belly sporting the famous Angel wings in a design that resembled peacock feathers but a deconstructed version. The model looked radiant while strutting down the famed runway.
Many of the original VS models returned to the runway like South African Candice Swanepoel including Namibian Behati Prinsloo, Alessandra Ambrosia, Joan Smalls and Adriana Lima to name a few. Bella Hadid made a surprise appearance as the model recently shared via social media that she had experienced some health challenges. Her sister Gigi was also part of the recurring cast of models.
Further cementing their dedication to inclusivity, the 2025 cast once again featured a diverse array of models who have been instrumental in reshaping the brand's image. Transgender model Alex Consani, Ashley Graham, Paloma Elsesser were all included again for this year's cast demonstrating a consistent and authentic commitment to representing a wider spectrum of body types and identities. Some new additions to the show were American basketball player Angela Reese as well as Olympic Gold Medalist Suni Lee.
Notably absent from this year's show was Kendall Jenner, who has been a prominent fixture on the runway and in the brand's campaigns for several years. Her absence, following a similar non-appearance at last year's comeback spectacle, left many wondering about her future involvement with Victoria's Secret.
An exciting addition to the entertainment lineup was the legendary rapper Missy Elliot, whose performance brought a vibrant and high-energy atmosphere to the already spectacular event amongst a host of other artists.
