The pair’s friendship began with a DM in 2016, when Ntando reached out to Linda after seeing her on Isibaya. That first meeting eventually became a decade-long friendship and professional partnership, with Zikalala going on to manage Mtoba’s brand.

And they clearly know how to do friendship properly. From international holidays and girls’ trips to celebrating birthdays together, the two have given us plenty of “bestie, pack your bags, we’re going” energy. What makes their relationship particularly lovely is that their friendship and work seem to complement each other. Zikalala has helped build Mtoba’s brand, while Mtoba has been part of Zikalala’s journey as she grew To The Max Brand Management into a business representing some of South Africa’s biggest personalities.

DJ Zinhle and Nomuzi “Moozlie” Mabena

If your friendship has survived the entertainment industry, business meetings, reality TV and the general chaos of being famous, you know it is real.

DJ Zinhle and Moozlie have built one of those friendships that feels bigger than simply being industry friends.
