Side hustles and real talk: meet podcasters Stacy Jayne Saggers and Senamile Zungu

Born from a shared passion for empathy and social change, Colour-Full is the bold side hustle of best friends Stacy and Senamile; two powerhouse women working full-time in global data analytics while using their voices to spark national dialogue.

What began with a laptop, a mic, and a mission has grown into one of South Africa’s most meaningful podcasts on race, identity, and inclusion. With warmth, wit, and unflinching honesty, these neurodiverse, intergenerational co-hosts are turning difficult conversations into catalysts for change. Colour-Full isn’t just a podcast, it’s proof that caring loudly, bravely, and consistently can shift culture. And if you need a sign to start your own side hustle? This is it.

"We both work full-time at the largest consumer insights and data analytics agency in the world. Stacy is Commercial Growth Director for South Africa and WECA, and Sena is Commercial Lead.

Our “why” is simple: we care. This country desperately needs brave, ongoing conversations about race, identity, privilege and inclusion. And that’s exactly why we started Colour-Full — a podcast that amplifies real stories and fosters understanding.

We launched with nothing but a laptop and a mic, driven by a shared belief that change starts with dialogue. In less than a year, our podcast charted on Apple under the Society and Culture section, and we’ve hosted guests like Dan Corder, Jason Goliath, Lesego Thlabi (Coconut Kelz) and other thought leaders, creatives and everyday citizens who care about the future of South Africa.

What sets Colour-Full apart is that it’s led by two extroverted, intergenerational besties, both neurodiverse and deeply sensitive. Instead of viewing those traits as flaws (as we were once taught), we’ve channelled them into building a brave, warm and insightful platform for difficult conversations and real transformation.

Our message to anyone with an idea: just start. Be delusional enough to believe your side hustle can change lives."
