What was your experience like on Love Island and how has your life changed since it aired?

I had quite a positive experience on Love Island. I was mentally, spiritually, and emotionally prepared so I was able to enjoy it fully. My life has become public, as well as my romantic relationship which is interesting territory to navigate.

Viewers fell in love with your amazing outfits and sense of style. How did you prepare for the show and what influenced your wardrobe choices?

Well that’s nice to hear! Because I felt so unprepared for LI when it came to outfits. I only had less than a month to prepare but I just made sure I wore things I felt my absolute best in. I feel that energy translates into looking good when you FEEL good.

What are your must-have wardrobe essentials for anyone going onto a reality show?

Is makeup part of the wardrobe? Because you’ve GOT to have that LOL! Additionally pieces you can mix and match with a pair of clear/nude heels to make sure you’re set to match with any outfit.

What are your go-to beauty products, and how do they change seasonally?

My go-to beauty products include my brow wiz pencil by NYX or ABH! Can’t live without those. Liaison eyelash serum. Estée Lauder daywear eye cream! Which helps your skin remain looking fresh and rejuvenated at all times. I can’t lie, everything I use.. I use it year round.

What do you do to stay healthy and fit with such a busy schedule?

I drink a spirulina/green juice each morning. I find it gives me energy and motivates me to eat healthily throughout the day. Simply being mindful of what you eat is all that you need to stay healthy/fit with a busy schedule. It’s all about choices! Most of the time your body is just thirsty and will be happy with water + any protein you give it. No need to over indulge. But when I DO over indulge, remaining active in any capacity is key. Movement is all we need.

You have a members only blog called Zeta Confidential, what do your members get access to from ZC?

Members of ZC get access to weekly blog releases, options to purchase personal cameos from me at a discounted rate, options to hop on zoom calls with me at a discounted rate, giveaways, and soon clothing merchandise and candles. But most importantly moral and spiritual support.

You’ve built a community of women who support each other around the world. What does this mean to you?

It means everything to me. It’s my dream come true. I’ve always said if I can make an impact or positive difference in just one person's life then my work here on Earth is complete. And that’s exactly what’s happening with this community of intelligent women who just need a little reminder of their greatness and that they’re not alone. Ever.

In 2022 you starred in one of my favorite roles to date, playing the role of Sebu Armstrong in TV series titled “Crime & Justice” shot in Nairobi, Kenya. What was it like being in Kenya?

OMG! I love hearing that that’s your fav role to date. How AMAZING! Thank you. I’ll tell you right now, being in Kenya was an out-of-body experience. I’ve never felt so safe and powerful in my own skin. I felt I was in another world, some parallel universe where nothing but joy existed. I can’t brag about the place enough.

What was your favorite part about Africa when you were there?

The people! The people were so warm. A lot of things that seem to cause me anxiety in the states/UK simply didn’t matter there. I felt free. I see why it’s called the Motherland.

Having roots in Ghana, how does African culture influence your fashion and style?

Do you know what? Surprisingly I’m quite a bore with my colour schemes. I like nudes/whites/blacks and the occasional blush/ pop of colour so I cannot really say my culture has influenced my sense of fashion/style. But I will say that I’m beginning to realize how great colour and patterns which are traditionally an African vibe look great on my dark skin tone.

It feels like you’re truly a global citizen. Where in the world do you feel most at home and centered?

I really am! It’s actually mad. Hmm… It just depends really but London truly is my reset button. I think it’s because that’s where I mainly grew up so there’s this sense of nostalgia when I’m in the UK that nowhere has been fully able to match. I adore LA because it’s where I’ve made the majority of my money and gotten to fulfill my wildest dreams, but it’s not my center. I am obsessed with Kenya though, once again. I just can’t explain the positive feeling I had in my tummy the whole time I was there.

Is there anyone from South Africa in the modeling or acting industry that inspires you?

Candice Swanepoel - I think she’s so worldly but not of this world and in touch with the beauty of life. That’s inspiring.

What are your hopes and dreams for 2023?

In 2023 I hope for ZC to be on its way to becoming a sensational and well known brand. In the likes of Fenty or Skims! Additionally I hope to become the lead as a series regular on a hit television show that inspires, entertains and liberates others. Make my first million, provide for my family, open a charity for child hunger and above all be at peace with myself and this world.
