Netflix has officially announced that South African power couple Dineo Langa and Zothile “Solo Ntsizwa” Langa will host the first season of Love Is Blind: South Africa, the local adaptation of the global dating experiment. The series is set to arrive on Netflix later in 2026.

The premise of Love Is Blind is simple but chaotic: singles date without ever seeing each other, form emotional connections through conversations in the pods and can become engaged before meeting face-to-face. From there, couples move in together, meet each other’s families and find out whether their connection can survive the realities of everyday life, all while heading towards a potential wedding.

So, who better to guide them through the emotional rollercoaster than a couple who understands love, partnership and navigating life together in the public eye?

Dineo and Solo have been together for years and married since 2019, making them one of South Africa’s most recognisable entertainment couples. Their relationship has also evolved alongside their individual careers, giving them an understanding of what it means to build a life with someone while both people are pursuing their own ambitions.
