Sex on the Beach
Ingredients:
- 45 ml vodka
- 15 ml peach schnapps (or peach liqueur)
- 45 ml orange juice
- 45 ml cranberry juice
How to make:
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
- Stir well and garnish with an orange slice or maraschino cherry.

Pornstar Martini
Ingredients:
- 45 ml vanilla vodka
- 15 ml passion fruit liqueur (such as Passoã or Chinola)
- 30 ml unsweetened passion fruit puree
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml vanilla simple syrup
- 60 ml chilled Prosecco or champagne (served on the side)
How to make:
- Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for about 10–15 seconds.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with half a fresh passion fruit floating on top and serve with a small sidecar shot of Prosecco.

Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 15 ml vodka
- 15 ml white rum
- 15 ml gin
- 15 ml silver tequila
- 15 ml triple sec (or Cointreau)
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml simple syrup
- A splash of cola (to top)
How to make:
- Combine the vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top gently with a splash of cola and garnish with a lemon slice.

Mojito
Ingredients:
- 50 ml white rum
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons white cane sugar (or 15–20 ml simple syrup)
- 6 to 10 fresh mint leaves
- Sprite (to top)
How to make:
- Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice in the bottom of a glass to release the oils.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the white rum and stir gently.
- Top up with Sprite and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

- 40 ml vodka (or citron vodka)
- 15 ml Cointreau (or orange liqueur)
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml cranberry juice
How to make:
