Spring Essentials: What I'm investing in this season

As we welcome the new season with open arms, there's no better time to start transitioning your wardrobe from cold-weather layers to lighter, brighter days. With the shift in season comes a shift in colour palette too — we're moving away from darker winter hues towards softer, more luminous tones.

But it's not just our wardrobes that get a refresh. Spring is also the perfect excuse to try new beauty buys, invest in fresh accessories, and maybe even switch up your signature scent.

I'm forever a denim lover, but instead of adding yet another pair of jeans to my collection, I've set my sights on a skirt instead. Zara has the perfect midi-length option with a belted waist — ideal for that off-duty, cool-girl aesthetic. Denim brand G star also offers a cool alternative paired with a slim belt. The best part? It transitions effortlessly: pair it with your favourite boots and a coat now, then swap in sandals and a tee once the temperatures climb.

A classic linen dress with a low back or even trousers and shirt are a must for the Spring season. Linen pieces are chic and comfortable and worth the investment. Pair it with heels or a pair of flats depending on the occasion.

I love sunglasses, so it's a no-brainer that eyewear makes my new-season shopping list every single year. Right now, I'm obsessed with oversized frames — specifically this pair from Sunglass Hut.
